WeQuel AB is looking for a Development Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in industrial and manufacturing sectors. In this role, you will oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that goals, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee product development and process improvement projects.
- Coordinate engineering, production, and procurement teams to align project goals.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparent project reporting.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in project management within development, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.
