WeQuel is looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 on behalf of one of our clients a global leader in the automotive industry. This is a high-impact assignment where you will own and drive the development of D365 functionality within a critical process area, ensuring that ERP solutions deliver real, measurable business value.

The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on Business Analyst responsibilities. You will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and development teams — translating complex operational needs into structured backlogs, functional specifications, and delivery roadmaps within the Order-to-Delivery domain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own and manage the product vision and roadmap for D365 within the assigned domain

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, risk, and dependencies

• Define scope and make decisions on functional priorities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams

• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with architectural standards

Business Analysis

• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes

• Elicit, structure, and translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications

• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions

• Support solution design with architects and development teams

• Ensure traceability between requirements, solutions, and business outcomes

• Contribute to test planning, UAT, and acceptance activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in ERP environments

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably Order-to-Delivery

• Experience in requirements management and process modeling

• Solid background in agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in English

Meriting

• Experience within manufacturing or automotive industry

• Familiarity with D365 F&O / Supply Chain Management modules

• Certifications such as PSPO, SAFe, or Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience working with Azure DevOps or JIRA

• Swedish language skills

Assignment Details

• Start: May 2026

• Duration: 12 months

• Location: Södertälje, Sweden

• Setup: Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site
