About the Assignment

As a Clinical Supply Associate (CSA), you’ll support the clinical supply management team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of materials to patients participating in clinical trials. You will work within AstraZeneca’s Pharmaceutical Technology and Development (PT&D) organisation, which turns forward-thinking science into actual medicines for millions of people worldwide.

What You’ll Do

The Clinical Supply Associate will support the team with task-based activities, including:

• Managing temperature excursion assessments affecting clinical trial materials.
• Performing electronic document archiving and quality control.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing of digital systems.
• Coordinating the purchase and delivery of External Commercial Products.
• Facilitating documentation activities to ensure inspection readiness to meet international GMP standards.
• Coordinating ID testing requests for clinical trial materials.
• Documenting and coordinating product quality complaints and GxP deviations.
• Using Supply Chain Management systems to support agile ways of working.
• Contributing to continuous improvement through visual management, problem solving, global standardisation, and process confirmation.

What We’re Looking For
