🚀 About the Role

WeQuel is looking for a Senior Design Researcher to join an exciting consulting assignment at Evinova, a digital health innovation unit within AstraZeneca. In this role, you will contribute to the design of user-centered digital solutions that enable better experiences and outcomes for patients and clinical researchers.

As part of the research and human factors team, your work will span early-stage innovation to in-market evaluations, helping to shape products through deep human insight. This is a fast-paced environment where collaboration, agility, and cross-functional input are key.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead foundational, generative, and evaluative research activities
• Translate insights into meaningful models such as user journeys, archetypes, and requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including product, science, data, and tech
• Champion human-centred design and help build internal capability across Evinova
• Ensure methodological and ethical integrity in all research activities
• Scope research based on business goals, scientific foundations, and enabling technologies
• Share and systematize insights to drive continuous improvement and product success

✅ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in design research for digital products or services
• Proven ability to apply human-centred design methods in an agile environment
• Strong storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills
• Comfortable traveling for research, delivery, and client engagements
• Passion for digital health innovation and alignment with AstraZeneca/Evinova values
