WeQuel is looking for a skilled Quality Advisor to join our consultant team for an exciting assignment at AstraZenecain Gothenburg. If you have experience in pharmaceutical GMP environments, a strong understanding of quality systems, and a passion for ensuring compliance in drug development, this role is for you!

About the Role

As a Quality Advisor, you will be part of AstraZeneca’s Site Quality team, providing quality and compliance support to pharmaceutical development functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Quality release of Drug Products and Investigational Medicinal Products for clinical trials.
• Supporting pharmaceutical development functions with investigations of deviations, change management, and compliance decisions.
• Providing proactive quality advice to drive GMP quality systems improvements.
• Collaborating across global functions to implement and maintain standardized quality processes.
• Supporting regulatory inspections and ensuring audit readiness.

Who You Are

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications:

• MSc in Pharmacy or Engineering (specializing in Pharmaceuticals).
• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of international quality systems regulations and industry best practices.
• Understanding of GMP regulations, pharmaceutical development, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong team-working and networking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
