Assignment We are looking for an experienced Visual Graphics Design Consultant with the capability to develop and maintain an existing in-vehicle digital design system. You will be part of an internal Interaction Design team, consisting of UX designers and GUI designers, while also working in close collaboration with the software systemization team and external work packages. Strong team-player skills, technical knowledge, holistic UX understanding, and prior experience with digital design systems are essential for this role.

This role involves supporting a multidisciplinary design team in creating world-class, sustainable, and premium product experiences for the future. The role aligns with and evolves established HMI strategies that aim to create meaningful impact for both people and the planet.

The position is based in Södertälje, Sweden, with the possibility of remote work up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain the design system (guidelines, processes, workflows)
• Develop and deliver design assets in Figma and Git

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphics Design, Media Arts, Industrial Design, or equivalent
• Professional experience working with complex design projects and digital interfaces
• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems and libraries
• Strong understanding of design as a tool for brand building and supporting business strategies
• Exceptional visual communication skills with proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience within the automotive industry is beneficial
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D software, and game engines is a plus
