We at WeQuel are now looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist in Solna, where you become an important part of the client's Nordic Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization, with a focus on running HCC programs and transactions. You will support training, testing & monitoring, risk assessments and audit preparations, while helping the business operate in a compliant and effective way. Your tasks: - Organizing, implementing and supporting HCC training and regular communication to covered employees (sales, marketing, finance, HR, managers, supply chain, directors) - Execution of HCC Testing & Monitoring plans and programs, including the local testing & monitoring plan - Review of local business requests and documentation, HCC reviews and approvals - Support in new procedure harmonization and implementation - Support to the HCC Officer in self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect gaps and inconsistencies - Coordination of preparations for Corporate Internal Audits - Implementation and follow-up of Management Action Plans - Reporting of unplanned deviations and support in day-to-day inquiries, allegations and investigations - Implementation of systems that collect, audit, analyze and report compliance information; metrics collection and reporting - Liaison with the legal department and external advisors - Software support for HCC systems - Leading HCC projects and participation in regional or cross-sector projects - Ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are met according to local, regional and enterprise regulations - Other related objectives and special assignments You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your area forward while collaborating across functions and all levels of the business.
