Program Management Office Specialist Professional

We at WeQuel are now looking for a Program Management Office Specialist Professional in Ludvika, where you will become an important part of the customer's change and communication work with a strong focus on change management and internal communication. The role means supporting the organisation through a major change in ways of working connected to a new factory, where you drive communication and the soft aspects of the transformation and translate strategy into concrete actions in an operational environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Driving change management in a large industrial organisation

• Internal communication, both strategic and hands-on

• Support to the organisation in a major change in ways of working linked to a new factory

• Translating strategy into concrete actions and execution

• Close collaboration with senior leadership, line management and employee representatives

• Creating clarity, engagement and trust across all organisational levels

• Handling several parallel initiatives and stakeholders

• Follow-up through relevant measurement and feedback to steer and adapt change efforts

• Aligning with and further developing the existing culture

You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your own flow forward while collaborating with several interfaces within the organisation, navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in change management and internal communication within large industrial organisations, preferably manufacturing or heavy industry

• Proven experience leading major organisational expansions with significant impact on employees and production

• Strong background as a consultant in complex organisations with multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership, line management and employee representatives

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written (Swedish is mandatory)

• Good system skills, e.g. MS Office and digital collaboration tools such as Teams

• Very strong communication capability, both strategic and hands-on

• Deep understanding of change psychology, organisational culture and informal structures in industrial settings

• High organisational maturity and analytical strength

• Clear, credible and pragmatic leadership style with low prestige and strong delivery focus

• Inclusive and attentive, drives engagement rather than enforcing change top-down

• Self-driven and resilient in long-term, high-impact transformation journeys

• Strong collaboration skills and cultural awareness

• High integrity and sound judgment that builds credibility at all organisational levels
