Agreement Manager – Senior consulting engagement within indirect procurement

We at WeQuel are now looking for an experienced Agreement Manager in Stockholm, where you will become an important part of the purchasing organization within the construction industry, with a focus on managing frame agreements and supplier relationships. In this senior role, you act as the main contact for contractual matters and drive continuous development of agreements and supplier collaboration.

As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our leading clients within the construction and engineering industry, where you contribute to optimizing purchasing processes, strengthening supplier relationships and creating sustainable, long-term agreements.

Your responsibilities:

• Ownership of selected Frame Agreements and suppliers within the category

• Implementation of category strategy and framework agreements

• Planning, execution and follow-up of procurement of Frame Agreements

• Continuous development of Frame Agreements and supplier relationships

• Supplier assessment and risk management

• Negotiations in line with the client's and end customer's interests

• Follow-up of supplier satisfaction with end users

• Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Increasing organizational awareness of Frame Agreements and suppliers

You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your own flow forward while collaborating with multiple interfaces within the organization.

Requirements:

• Solid experience within indirect procurement, purchasing and data handling

• Experience of working with Frame Agreements

• Relevant academic background within purchasing, business or related field

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Strong ability to navigate complex IT environments and adapt to new platforms

• Analytical, business-oriented and able to make data-driven decisions

• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management

• Structured, well organized and able to prioritize, with an engaged and ambitious approach

Assignment details:

• Start: 2026-09-01

• End: 2027-02-28

• Location: Stockholm – minimum 3 days/week on-site, remote up to 40%
