WeQuel is looking for Business Developers & Architects

We are currently looking for experienced consultants with a background in business development or business architecture for assignments with a leading player in the automotive industry.

You will be working in an environment characterized by high complexity, global structures, and demanding requirements on precision and business value. This is where technology and business meet – and your ability to navigate that intersection is what makes you stand out.

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Business development, process work, or enterprise architecture in a complex organization

• Driving or participating in transformation, implementation, or rollout programs

• Working with digital platforms, ERP systems, or similar business-critical solutions

• Stakeholder management in cross-functional environments with multiple involved parties

• Translating business needs into concrete solutions, processes, or requirements

• Working in regulated industries where compliance and governance are part of everyday work

• Managing complex dependencies between IT, business, and operations

• Defining or following up on KPIs, SLAs, or delivery targets

Meritorious:

• Background from the automotive industry or other regulated manufacturing environments

• Experience working in international programs with multiple parallel workstreams

• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels within the same assignment

Location: Stockholm/Södertälje
Language requirements: Fluent English required, Swedish is a merit
