WeQuel is looking for a Senior Expert in Electrical & Electronics System Design to lead the development of complex system architectures and drive innovation in the field. This role is suited for an experienced systems engineering leaderwho can integrate multiple technical disciplines, guide concept development, and ensure high-quality system solutions.

Your Role

As a Senior Expert, you will:

• Design and develop electrical and electronics systems by defining system purpose, component interfaces, and system behaviors.
• Lead system engineering within a technical team, ensuring seamless integration of various system components.
• Drive operational work, managing short-term priorities and securing quality before system releases.
• Participate in specification, implementation, and verification loops to ensure that system and non-functional requirements are correctly implemented.
• Develop and implement system architecture strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Lead concept investigations, guiding teams through alternative explorations and system-level concept development.
• Support product management by translating business needs into technical capabilities and breaking down requirements into features.
• Ensure interface management and compliance with non-functional requirements within the scope of agile release trains.

You are a recognized thought leader in electrical and electronics system design, both within and outside the organization. You have a deep technical understanding of market trends and leverage strong internal and external networks to stay ahead of industry developments. You are also a mentor and educator, helping others grow within your field.

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics system design.
• Proven track record in leading system engineering teams and technical deliveries.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, integration, and verification.
• Experience with agile development processes and system-level decision-making.
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
• Experience in technical roadmaps development and strategic system planning.
• Recognized for driving innovation and pushing industry standards forward.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing system strategies and roadmaps for long-term product evolution.
• Knowledge of interface management and system integration in complex engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate engineers within the organization.
